Coastal Residence

Set between a dense tropical garden and the changing light of the coast, this residence is conceived as a sequence of calm, connected spaces. The plan protects privacy while allowing daylight and cross-ventilation to move naturally through the home.

The architecture works with the site rather than against it: deep overhangs temper the sun, screened thresholds create layers of privacy, and living spaces open toward planted courtyards.
